Job Description

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales in our retailer locations through the continued development of the Account Executives. They will also strategies to improve key performance indicators and drive key category penetration. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships regional partners, sales teams and the internal and external partners.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provides ongoing coaching and development to the Account Executives and Account Coordinators within the RSD's Region through observation and follow up on performance results and behaviors that will lead to achieving sales results.
  • Responsible for working in conjunction with retailer sales leadership teams to create strategies to drive sales and improve key performance indicators.
  • Acts as a business partner to the leadership teams of our retailer partners on all areas of the business including but not limited to: visual merchandising, space and location, staffing and hiring needs, event planning, and addressing stock concerns by communicating the issues to the ABH corporate field VP.
  • Responsibilities include P&L management, recruitment and management of staff.
  • Constantly communicates and assesses the needs of the sales channels and field teams by providing feedback to the VP of Field Sales.
  • Strategizes a Regional Sales plan and provide directive to the AEs and ACs to action and drive sales results.
  • Participates in market tours to evaluate business needs and assess the level of impact the Account Executives have on market, along with the impact of current educational programs.
  • Collaborates on the development of materials and execute "Train the Trainer" or "Field Summit" meetings that the Field attend; support directives and plans set by the VP of Field Sales.
  • Supports and participates in the execution of Large Scale events (i.e.: High volume liability, PA's and other unique retailer events).
  • Plans and leads Regional Meetings and team conference calls to provide AEs and ACs with direction, manage expectations and roll out company initiatives.
  • Upholds Anastasia Beverly Hills Dress Code Guidelines & consistently demonstrate a polished and professional appearance, frequently changing makeup styles to reflect current trends by wearing seasonal looks.

Requirements

  • 7 years experience in a Retail selling environment
  • 5 years of experience managing teams
  • 4 years of experience in training and/or facilitation of high level executive meetings
  • Cosmetic experience preferred
  • Proven ability to develop teams
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results as well as executing events
  • Must be open to receiving feedback and have a solution oriented approach
  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of the customer, team and retailers
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Possesses professional appearance with the ability to uphold ABH Dress Code Guidelines
