JOB DESCRIPTION

Work under the direction of the VP Sales to develop, plan and execute the launch and sales strategy for the company's entrance into this market. Drive retail promotional programs both for B&M and Digital. Analyze sales and business intelligence, meet sales and profitability goals. Anticipate and analyze retail sales trends and implement a marketing strategy in partnership with the retailer. Maintain strong relationships with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure success.

SALES PLANNING:

  • Collaborate with retailer buying and planning teams to develop strategic sales plans that fulfill the growth and revenue goals of ABH.
  • Work closely with planning teams (internal/external) to plan and forecast new launch inventory needs and sell through timing.
  • Maintain inventory levels
  • Communicate all launches, pricing allocations, OOS status, samples and special programs to each country's buying teams.
  • Monitor newness
  • Resolve stock issues
  • Manage a remote sell-in event team
  • Coordinate any personal appearances by brand Creator.

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

  • Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to both VP Sales and Management
  • Track P&L
  • Participate in regular budget and sales review with company owners and executive management.

MARKETING AND MERCHANDISING

  • Maintain current seasonal fixture update plans within each store.
  • Work with merchants on monthly promotional programs and sales opportunities
  • Strategize YOY growth
  • Collaborate with in house Digital Manager on programming each e-commerce site for each country.
  • Partner with ABH marketing, education, and e-commerce to deliver retail assets
  • Plan annual promotional calendar

ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT

  • Manage any administrative duties of Sales Coordinators or Admin's.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Beauty Field, Specialty Retailer, international sales
    • Knowledge of Sephora Global a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) on a MAC operating system.
  • Self motivated, results driven, detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication presentation, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Flexible and adaptive attitude to changing business needs and a very fast paced work environment.
  • Flexibility to work split hours to honor time change in SEA.
