Works under the direction of the VP of Field Sales to manage workflow and cohesion between all Field Sales departments including Operations, Events, Marketing, Merchandising, Retailer Sales and Field Sales teams. Support Retail performance through managing communication within cross functional departments. Maintain strong relationships with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure success in all channels of distribution.


  • Coordinates with department staff to understand all projects and deliverables within the department
  • Maintains information flow about assigned responsibilities and accountabilities for everyone involved, all costs, scheduling/deadlines, and the full scope of the projects
  • Generates a monthly update report to management
  • Communicate all launches, pricing, allocations, OOS statuses, samples, and special programs from each account's buying team to appropriate departments to ensure collaboration and 360 planning within all departments
  • Help communicate stock concerns and requests from field as appropriate
  • Documents any remediation plans for the resolution of any outstanding issues
  • For any incidence that may cause delay, immediately communicates to appropriate staff and management
  • If a project or plan changes, gains an understanding of the impact of those changes in a timely manner
  • Once changes have occurred, document the changes in the project plan so it is current and reflects any new responsibilities and accountabilities, scope, schedule, deadlines and costs.
  • Documents any remediation plans for the resolutions of any issues

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to both VP of Field Sales and executive Management such as best sellers, mix of business, door rankings, and topline sales results as they compare to past data
  • Track monthly P&L's, ensuring that expenses are in line with budgets; Participate in regular budget review with the VP of Field Sales and Finance Department

Marketing & Merchandising

  • Stay current on seasonal fixture update plans as carried out by Merchandising Department, helping to ensure proper display plans according to account assortments, gondola set dates, and future launch timelines
  • Work closely with buyers to plan retailer side-by-side calendars, strategically scheduling promotional activity to drive YOY growth, especially at times with high LY liabilities
  • Oversee communication flow with artwork requests, and any marketing needs to support field requests through eventing

Organizational Management

  • Manage the administrative duties of Field sales team in compiling business information, completing reports, organizing files, tracking project timelines, and meeting deadlines on assigned activities
  • Continuously improve processes and ways of operating to drive productivity and effectiveness of Field Sales and cross functional team



  • Prior experience working trafficking information or project coordination with a focus on tracking timelines, and reporting info

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Self motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to think and perform creatively

  • Proven ability to follow up and maintain timelines

  • Flexible and adaptive attitude to changing business needs and a fast-paced work environment
