Job Description

  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
  • Install and configure application software and related hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, drives, monitors, and audio visual equipment)
  • Work with hardware/software vendors with repairs/services/warranties
  • Create and maintain images for PCs & Macs
  • Work directly with on-site and remote end-users
  • Assists with IT projects as needed
  • Maintain and update tickets in help desk system
  • Maintain and update inventory in asset tracking system
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Provide end-user training as needed

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience providing desktop/notebook technical support
  • Must have strong background in troubleshooting Linux, Mac and Windows desktops and servers
  • Support for mobile devices (iOS, Android, and Windows)
  • Solid understanding of basic networking principles
  • Experience with inventory tracking and maintenance
  • Strong written and oral communication, and excellent customer service skills
  • Microsoft/Apple/A+ certifications are a plus!
  • Clean driving required for multiple site support
  • A can-do attitude
