Job Description

The Sales and Artistry Executive needs to live in the Inland Empire and oversees a large multi-retailer territory predominantly within California's Inland Empire region. This individual will collaborate and strategize with their external retail partners to increase sales and improve artistry through ABH technique, achieve company objectives, build and develop strong support teams, execute flawless events and maintain excellent working relationships. The Sales and Artistry Executive will serve as a key partner in artistry and education to train and coach in store staff teams in all locations through various retailer specific trainings. The Sales and Artistry Executive is responsible for recruiting, scheduling, training and developing RSS's (Freelance Artists) and Sales and Artistry Coordinators.

  • Responsible for driving sales and executing strategies and initiatives for each Anastasia Beverly Hills retailer location to ensure the achievement of overall territory sales
  • Facilitate high impact artistry trainings that include key retailer specific trainings (i.e.: Sephora Brand Focus days, SiJCP TTT, Macy's Impulse Artistry Trainings, Nordstrom Stay and Plays, Ulta Cluster trainings, etc.) as well as high profile event facilitation and speaking (i.e.: Nordstrom Trend shows, New Store Opening Trainings, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners resulting in increased understanding of the business and achievement of successful sales results
  • Create an open and collaborative environment that influences the sales teams of Macy's, Dillards, Nordstrom, Sephora and Ulta locations.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years Retail Cosmetic Management Experience with an Artistry Brand
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through hiring, managing and developing teams and providing exceptional customer service
  • Has a track record of demonstrating ability to inspire, coach and develop direct reports, team of contracted freelancers and or counter staff in department stores
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and Google Drive is mandatory.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and some holidays
  • Clean 5-year driving record according to company criteria.
  • Artistry evaluation is required as a part of the interviewing process.
